Home / Team AI Training & Change Management
Empower your people. Operationalize your AI.
Your team doesn’t need to understand model architecture. It needs to use AI fluently inside real work. The AI-First Mindset Program is a 12-week path to exactly that.
You bought the AI tools. Now get the team using them.
Licenses are easy. Adoption is hard. Most AI tooling sits idle because the team was never shown how it fits the work they already do. This program closes that gap.
The Business Impact
A platform launch that lands clean.
Real workflows, not theory
Every participant leaves with AI workflows running inside their actual day-to-day role.
A working prompt library
The team builds a shared, tested library of prompts tied to the work they do most.
An adoption habit, not a spike
Manager check-ins and a change plan turn week-12 momentum into a permanent way of working.
The AI-Applicator Program
12 weeks, inside the working week.
Phase One
Weeks 1–4
Phase Two
Weeks 5–8
Phase Three
Weeks 9-12
Phase One
Fluency not just familiartity.
The first four weeks build the full foundation — a prompting framework, hands-on practice, and AI-powered search. By week four, prompting is a skill the team has drilled, not a technique they tried once.
Phase Two
From prompts to custom tools.
Teams move from writing prompts to building them with advanced prompts, custom skills and AI personas designed around their own work, so practice becomes practical.
Phase Three
AI built into the job.
The team applies what they’ve learned across real formats so week-12 momentum becomes the permanent way the team works, not a spike that fades.

Common questions.
How much time does it take each week?
The 12-week program is built around the working week, not on top of it. Expect a short session plus applied practice inside real work, typically a few hours weekly.
Does the audit include fixing the issues found?
The audit delivers a prioritized roadmap, and our Enablement & Support phase puts our practitioners alongside your team to implement the fixes. You choose how much of the remediation we run versus hand off.
How long does the process take?
Our MAP audit is customized to your needs and can range from two weeks to two months depending on your needs. We scope the timeline against your platform complexity in Discovery.
We use multiple tools (CRM, MAP, CDPs), can you audit the integrations?
Yes. The Enterprise tier is built for exactly this: We audit the intersections between your MAP, CRM, and CDP to find where data flow breaks and revenue operations stall.
